Our shipping policy explains how, when and where Cake Bar ships your order, plus how returns work. In short, we aim to ship fast, keep you updated and make returns simple.
How Does My Order Ship?
Based on the delivery option you select, your order ships within the United States with one of our preferred carriers. For example, we use Federal Express, UPS or USPS. As soon as your order leaves, you will get tracking details by email.
When Will I Receive My Order?
If you place your order before 12:00 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, we will do our very best to ship it that same business day. Otherwise, it ships the next business day. Delivery time then depends on the carrier and your location.
Can I Ship to Another Address?
Yes. At checkout, you can add a “Ship To” address that differs from your profile address. Also, you do not need to save that address to your profile first.
Where We Ship: Shipping Policy by State
Products are only eligible for sale in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Returns and Refunds
To start a return, please email our customer service team at info@cakecarts.us for instructions. Items bought on our website may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. However, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
